Purpose of the Free Consultation
The purpose of the consultation is to:

- Determine whether your matter is within our practice areas and experience; and
- Decide whether both you and our firm wish to enter into an attorney-client
relationship.

The free consultation does not include legal advice regarding your specific situation. It does not include document review,
legal research, or the development of legal strategies.
No Attorney-Client Relationship Formed
Participation in a free consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established
only after we have:
1. Completed a conflicts check;
2. Agreed to represent you; and
3. Both you and the firm have signed a written engagement agreement.

We reserve the right to decline representation after the consultation for any reason permitted by law and the California
