Laura Koch
Personal Profile

Laura Koch earned her JD from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of GGU’s Environmental Law Journal and earned a certificate in environmental law with distinction. Laura graduated cum laude from Mary Washington College and went on to earn her master’s in foreign affairs at the University of Virginia. Prior to law school she worked as a child and family therapist, child welfare worker, and program administrator. Laura is also Of Counsel with the National Center for Youth Law, working to ensure that children with serious mental illness have access to appropriate services. Laura is the pro bono director for Bay Oak Law. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and seeing live performances.
